Refunds
Cancellations more than ten weeks before the start date of the course will have the deposit refunded in full. Cancellations within ten weeks will forfeit the deposit as AICCT will have committed to expenses by this stage. In the event of a late cancellation, consideration will be given to deferrment of the deposit to a later course on an individual basis and subject to availability. The deferred deposit will be forfeited in the event of a further cancellation. A full refund of any monies paid will be given in the event a course is cancelled by AICCT.
Final payment is required one calender month before the start date of the course.
